Essential Plan: Unlimited design requests, one active task at a time, with an average 48-hour turnaround.
Prime Plan: All features of Essential, plus two active tasks simultaneously, advanced services like Webflow & Framer development, stylized 3D, advanced animation & video, and a dedicated Project Manager.
2. What types of design services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of design services, including graphic design, branding, social media graphics, advertisements, pitch decks, simple video & short animations (up to 20 seconds), and more.
3. How does the design request process work?
After subscribing, you'll receive access to our TRELLO request portal. Submit your design requests there, and our team will begin working on them. You can queue unlimited requests, and we'll handle them based on your plan's active task limits.
4. What is the typical turnaround time for a design request?
Our average turnaround time is between 12 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the request and your subscription tier.
5. Can I request revisions?
Absolutely. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
6. How does the affiliate program work?
Our affiliate program allows you to earn recurring income by referring clients to MUC. You'll receive a unique affiliate code, and for every client who subscribes using your code, you'll earn a commission as long as they remain subscribed.
7. Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a one-time free design request to showcase our quality and process. This allows you to experience our service before committing to a subscription.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards.
9. Is there a refund policy?
We want you to feel confident working with us. If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days, we’ll refund your payment — minus standard processing fees (usually 5–7%).
